I feel that using this technology is absolutely brilliant - it gave me a focus today. It is especially important now more than ever. Such a welcome break from all that is going on. A special thanks to all involved in making this happen.
Manager of a SME in Athlone
The virtual therapy hour by the SCCUL Sanctuary was the perfect tonic for our staff who are all working remotely. The digital detox was really popular as many are finding it hard to switch off from the screens.

I like the way they have it all set up. It's amazing with the exercises and the dancing, because it's showing us what's going on outside. It gives me an outlook that we don't have.
